Levora: what comes out when we take an industry seriously

Levora is billing software for road and civil engineering contractors. It reads the handwritten tickets from site, assigns the quantities to the items of the bill of quantities and produces the XRechnung for the authority from them.

We designed and developed Levora ourselves, and we operate it ourselves. To do that we had to understand what a call-off from a Rahmenvertrag is, how a quantity calculation to REB is worked out, and what makes an invoice fail at the road authority. We approach your project with the same thoroughness.

What does dev2soft do?

dev2soft is a software company based in Berlin. We build custom software and industry solutions for companies in Germany and across Europe. Levora, our billing software for road and civil engineering contractors, is our first product of our own.

Do you also work for companies outside Germany?

Yes. We are based in Berlin, but we work for companies across Europe. Conversations, quote and documentation are available in German, English or Turkish; the work runs through video calls and shared interim versions.

What does custom software cost?

That depends on the scope, and without a look at your documents any figure would be a guess. That is why it starts with a no-obligation conversation, followed by a written quote with scope, schedule and price. Only then do you decide.

What references do you have?

Our reference is our own product. We developed Levora ourselves from the first line: GAEB import, recognition of handwritten tickets, quantity calculation to REB 23.003, XRechnung to EN 16931. You can look at it and test it on your own documents.

Do you only develop for the construction industry?

No. We started with road and civil engineering because we know the industry. The way of working behind it is not tied to it: understand the rules of an industry, evaluate real documents, build a tool from that.

Levora is the billing software from dev2soft for road and civil engineering firms with 5 to 50 employees. It brings the bill of quantities, the handwritten measurement and the XRechnung together in one chain.
