Comparison

When the big system is too big

NEVARIS itself names medium-sized to larger construction companies as its target group. A firm working through framework contracts with fifteen people is not who is meant.

Scale

Not better or worse – cut differently

This table does not compare feature lists. It compares which kind of firm a system was built for.

Honestly

When NEVARIS is the right choice

If you are growing and starting to run several sites with subcontractors in parallel, to keep construction schedules and to control costs across projects, then you need a system of that category. Levora cannot do that and will not be able to – it says so on our product page too.

Buying a system from a larger category before you need it is, however, the more common mistake. The effort starts immediately, the benefit only later.

The honest test

How you notice you have outgrown us

  • You regularly manage subcontractors across several trades
  • You need construction schedules that are more than a list
  • You run project controlling across years and sites
  • You have one person in the office whose job is the software
  • If none of that applies, the big solution costs you mainly roll-out time

Frequently asked

Questions about choosing

Why do you not state NEVARIS's prices?

Because we have no reliable public source for them. Quoting second-hand prices would be attackable under UWG and dishonest towards you. Ask them directly – and our prices are on the pricing page anyway.

Is Levora simply the cheaper option?

No, it is the smaller one. That is a difference: we leave out things a firm of this size does not need – not things it does need.

What if we grow in two years?

Then you switch, and we help with the export. Software bought too large out of fear of switching costs you the two years until then.

Settle the scale first

Twenty minutes about your call-off numbers and your office routine say more than any feature list.
