Area of work

A hundred small jobs – one clean invoice

The call comes in, the crew goes out, the patch is done in two hours. The work is small. The paperwork behind it is not.

From the call to the invoice

The job takes two hours – the evidence takes longer

A hazard site is reported by phone or by e-mail, cleared the same day and billed weeks later. In between lie a note, a Zettel and somebody’s memory.

Monthly, per contract

Every line keeps the Zettel it came from – with date and signature.

Typical for this work

Where the month falls apart

  • Which call-out belonged to which contract – nobody remembers at month end
  • A Zettel goes missing, and with it the evidence for a line
  • The same job gets billed twice and the authority notices first
  • The Leitweg-ID is wrong and the whole invoice bounces
  • One person knows how the folder is sorted

Common questions

Questions from this work

We get a hundred call-outs a month. Does that fit on one invoice?

Yes. Lines are aggregated by item, but behind each line the individual call-outs remain visible. The authority can open a line and go down to the evidence.

Does the crew need a smartphone app?

No. They write on paper as before. Somebody in the office photographs the Zettel – the reading is checked by a human before anything is billed.

What if the authority rejects a line?

You show the Zettel it came from, with date and signature, and the calculation path behind the quantity. That is the argument – not a recollection.

Walk through one month of your own

Bring last month’s Zettel and your framework contract. You will see how a hundred small jobs become one invoice that survives checking.
