Feature

Aufmaß that survives the audit

Formula-bound quantity determination under REB 23.003 – with a visible calculation path. In an audit you show not only the quantity but how it came about.

Why formula-bound

A correct quantity is not enough – it must be traceable

An auditor does not look at the quantity but at where it came from. If all you have is the result, the discussion runs between your memory and their estimate – and the side with the record wins that discussion.

Levora stores the calculation together with its formula: which formula, which values, from which Zettel. If the result changes, the path stays visible.

Scope

What is there and what is not

  • REB 23.003 formulas, including station measurement
  • Exchange via DA11 and X31
  • Every calculation attached to its item and its Zettel
  • Fortschreibung: when a quantity changes, the earlier state is not lost
  • Try five of the formulas in the free REB calculator

Common questions

Questions about quantity determination

Which formulas are supported?

Those in the REB-VB 23.003 formula catalogue – rectangle, triangle, trapezoid, prism, polygon from coordinates and stationed profiles among them. Five of them are in the free calculator, with the source cited.

Can we exchange Aufmaß data with other programs?

Yes, via DA11 and X31 – the usual route when the client or a planning office processes the data further.

How is this different from a pure Aufmaß program?

The chain. An Aufmaß program calculates a quantity; Levora attaches it to the item in the bill of quantities, to the Zettel it came from and eventually to the invoice. The work is in those connections.

What if we apply a formula differently from Levora?

You can enter your own calculation; the path still stays visible. Levora does not decide for you – what gets defended in an audit is your calculation.

Walk through one of your own sheets

Bring a filled-in sheet – that shows fastest whether the calculation path is enough for your client’s audit.
