Feature

Who and what was on which site

Hours and machine time end up where they get billed. Not a separate program – the part of the chain that otherwise runs on shouted reminders.

Why it is here

An hour not attached to a site is a lost hour

In a small firm hours usually go into a notebook and machine time nowhere at all. At month end the foreman remembers who was where. That works as long as he remembers – and stops working the day he does not, or the day he leaves.

Levora attaches hours and machine time to the site. The point is not tracking people; it is being able to answer, at billing time, which job an hour belonged to.

Common questions

Questions

Do the hours come off the Zettel as well?

Yes, if you want. A Stundenzettel is read the same way: hours, day and employee are read and put in front of you for approval.

Is this a time-tracking system?

No. The point is knowing which site an hour belongs to – statutory working-time recording is a separate matter, and we do not claim this product does it.

What is kept for the fleet?

Vehicles and machines, their deadlines and their site assignment. Dates such as HU/AU become visible as they approach – missing one means a machine standing still, penalty or not.

Where is personnel data kept?

In Germany, and the sensitive parts encrypted: licence numbers and scanned documents are not stored in the clear. Access is admin only and every access is logged.
