Feature

Every Abruf knows its contract

One Rahmenvertrag produces hundreds of individual call-offs a year. Levora keeps track of which Abruf belongs to which contract, what quantity hangs on it and what is still open.

The problem

One contract, hundreds of jobs

The Rahmenvertrag gets signed and goes into a folder. After that the work arrives by phone: a location, a date, a crew. At month end somebody has to remember which of them belonged to which contract.

Excel carries that for a while, and then it does not – particularly when two contracts run at once and the item texts look alike.

What is recorded

On every Abruf

  • Which contract it belongs to
  • Which items it touches, and their quantities
  • The Zettel the quantity came from
  • The remaining volume in the contract, per item
  • Which monthly billing run it went into

Common questions

Questions about call-offs

Where do the prices in an Abruf come from?

From the contract’s bill of quantities. Not from a price list kept beside it – that list drifts away from the contract sooner or later.

Can we see what is left in the contract?

Yes, per item: contracted, called off, remaining. Being told a contract is nearly exhausted beats finding out after it is.

Can several Abrufe be billed together?

Yes, and that is the normal route: at month end the Abrufe under one contract are collected into a single billing run, while each line still carries which call-offs it came from.

What about work outside the contract?

It is kept and shown separately. Mixing it into the contract items surfaces at the audit at the latest – and at that point the discussion stops being about quantities and starts being about trust.
