The structure is on this page, so you know what you are getting into before the conversation. The amounts follow once they hold for a year.
Pricing
A company base plus field users. No setup fee, no surcharge for the XRechnung export, no charge for getting your own data back out.
The structure is settled – a company base plus field users, no setup fee, no per-head price. The figures themselves we release only once they hold for a year; a pricing page that reads differently three months later is worse than one that names no figure yet. Until then we give you the price in the conversation – in full, not as a “from”.

The obvious route would be an amount per user. It has a practical drawback: a firm with twelve people immediately works out “twelve times X” in their head and compares the result with providers who bill a company flat. It is a different calculation – but the comparison happens anyway, and it happens in the second someone reads the pricing page.
The second and more important reason: a per-head price punishes exactly the behaviour that makes the software useful in the first place. If every additional person on site costs money, the Zettel stay in the glove compartment and get typed up by one person in the evening.
Hence: one base per company, with the office seats inside it, and a small amount per field user – per person who captures Zettel outside, takes measurements or writes in the site diary.
Some providers charge four-figure amounts for setup and training. We do not, and there is nothing noble about it: at a firm of this size, setup is a matter of hours, not weeks. Master data, bills of quantities, a few templates. Charging for that would mean charging for our own clumsiness.
Nothing that surprises you later – but for completeness: the Zettel recognition has a monthly quota. It is generously set and is meant to catch abuse, not to slow down the firm that bills a lot. Deriving it from the compute cost would be dishonest – that cost runs to cents per Zettel page.
Do the maths yourself
Put into the cost fields whatever you have been quoted – by us or by someone else. The calculator works for both.
Without JavaScript the tool does not calculate. The method is shown below; pen and a pocket calculator get you to the same number.
––––This counts data-entry time only. What a changeover otherwise costs – training, old data, the first weeks running two methods side by side – is not in here and belongs in the decision.
The calculation runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server – not even your hourly rate.
