Custom software is software developed for the processes of a single company, instead of the company adapting to a standard product. dev2soft develops such applications as web applications: they run in the browser, without installation on the individual computers.
It makes sense where a process defines your business. For bookkeeping or the email inbox there are good standard products, and we advise you to use them.

You see screens and workflows before any programming starts. Changing things costs almost nothing at this point.
In stages, with interim versions that you try out yourself.
Existing spreadsheets and legacy data are carried over so that nobody types twice.
Go-live, backup and updates. We operate our own product in Germany.

Example from our own development
Road and civil engineering firms bill hundreds of small call-offs from Rahmenvertrag contracts. Every quantity comes from a handwritten ticket, every invoice has to trace back to an item of the bill of quantities. No standard program covered this chain; the firms made do with Excel and a folder.
Levora is the application we built for it: from the bill of quantities through the measurement to the invoice, with the photo of the ticket attached to every figure.
